The staff was exceptionally helpful and quite a few and the butterflies had free run and landed on people quite often. The space was large enough and their was little crowding and that made it easy to get pictures with out people in them. Though in large domed area there was some cooling so the heat was quite bearable. . The souvenir shop had a little something for everyone. Also they had a crafts area for kids , for an extra charge. Only bad thing was the rip off taxis outside claiming to charge by the meter. There were no meters. DO MOT GET IN ANY "TAXI" unless you see a real meter . These are thieves . I was charged 150 dirahams for less than a 7 km ride. The taxi people are ruining the good name of the butterfly garden.

My children liked the garden and the most interesting part was when some of the butterfly climbed on their hands. It was also amassing to know that the butterfly life cycle is maximum 7 days.

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.

The premium experience is worth it, as soon as you arrive you skip the queue and you also have free internet, while waiting for the elevator in the lounge there are juices and typical foods, on floor 148 there is a fantastic bathroom, and the view is very different from floors 125/124 which are very busy, on floor 148 the juices are delicious and the view is unforgettable!

The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

This was a last minute pick when I gave up on the long standing queue on the ticket counter amd and an equally long queue to get inside the museum. So glad I could grab these last 2 tickets. Truly worth it. An hassle free entry and got to spend a full 3 hours inside the museum which we would have spent standing in the lines. This was a saviour for me. Also the digital transaction was totally smooth and quick and safe.

The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. Great tour highly recommend especially the sand dunes very skilled driver

Buying tickets was very straightforward. The tower is fabulous, very well organised with friendly staff. Everything ran like clockwork. It was informative and the views were incredible! We loved our visit!

Love the view from 124th floor, but to be honest I'm not satisfied with photo print according to price. I have paid Aed 316.00 but photo quality is too bad.

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!
